早上起来就看到好多好多不同口味的冰淇淋/雪糕、今天的这个雪糕之约一定high 翻了!^^
在炎热的天气里来个冰凉又带有水果口味的冰淇淋,真凉爽!
简单的几个材料就可以在家自制冰淇淋,用的是新鲜水果,健康又美味。
味道酸酸甜甜的很好吃!孩子们还以为是买回来的。哈哈!
留了一些芒果酸奶淋在上面,加分加分!
再来一scoop 配上芒果丁,另一种享受!
Mango Yogurt Ice Cream
材料:
材料:
芒果肉 300g
细砂糖 100g
芒果优格 140g (我用原味优格)
鲜奶油 220g (我用动物性奶油)
做法:
1)将芒果肉和糖放入料理机打成芒果泥。
2)将芒果泥倒入碗里加入优格混合均匀。
3)将鲜奶油打发后加入芒果优格混合均匀。
4)倒入容器里冰冻隔夜即可享用。
