只是现在做好可能还没到过年,都被送到肚子里了。哈哈!
蔓越莓杏仁饼干
材料:
A)低筋面粉 100g ,
泡打粉 1/4tsp, 糖粉 35g ,
玉米粉 15g ,
B) 杏仁粉 15g ,
白油/奶油 50g ,
C) 蔓越莓干 35g ,
杏仁片 35g (预先烤香) ,
蛋白 25g
做法:
1) 杏仁片与蔓越莓干用刀子尽量切碎。
2) 材料A一起过筛,再加材料B,用手搓成均匀的松散状。
3) 加入材料C继续用手抓成均匀的面团。
4) 将面团放在保鲜膜上,再盖上一张保鲜膜, 擀成厚约0.5cm的片状。
5) 将面团冷藏约2个小时左右待凝固后, 用饼干模切割造型。
6) 预热烤箱,以170‘C烘烤约20分钟,熄火后继续用余温焖5分钟即可。
**用饼干摸切割造型或用模型印出来都可以。我用模型印出来。我用180'C
