原想还有时间可以慢慢来,但其实时间已经偷偷的流走了。
这次重做去年第一次的食谱来自Jane,用了小花形的印模,小巧可爱。喜欢!
杏仁饼
材料:
杏仁粉 80克,自发面粉 150克, 糖粉 45克, 粟米油 80克
做法
1)将所有材料混合,加入油拌成团。
2)把面团擀成薄片用模型印出来放在烤盘上,涂上一层蛋黄液。
3)预热烤箱160度,烘烤约18-20分钟至表层金黄色。
(时间与温度按自家的烤箱而做调整)
